Job Summary

Brunel International is seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve construction execution plans and procedures to ensure they meet project objectives.
  • Lead and collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure visibility and transparency throughout the construction process to facilitate safe execution and commissioning.
  • Work in a dynamic team environment with high expectations for project execution in safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to influence others and achieve project objectives.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with project stakeholders and contractors to ensure project progress and address any issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Construction Superintendent or Construction Division Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Experience working on multi-cultural projects and with diverse teams.
  • Ability to review engineered lift plans and critical lift plans to ensure safe lifting and rigging execution.
  • Technical background in rigging, lifting, or a related field with solid project execution experience.
  • Good organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, SAP).
  • Developed coordination and planning skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with several organizational levels.
