Reinsurance Strategist

At Robert Walters, we are seeking a highly skilled Reinsurance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Outwards Reinsurance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our Outwards Reinsurance strategy.

• Financial Planning: You will be responsible for the outwards reinsurance business financial planning process, ensuring accurate and timely financial projections and analysis.
• Reinsurance Program Management: You will understand, articulate, and explain changes in the outwards reinsurance program and their effects on plan financials, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
• Planning and Control: You will assist in creating effective planning, control, and support mechanisms to ensure delivery of the business plan, driving business growth and success.
• Reinsurance Information Management: You will contribute to procedures and controls for the collection, review, consolidation, and analysis of reinsurance information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Reinsurer Interaction: You will manage reinsurer interaction with underwriter teams during presentations, audits, file reviews, and other key activities, fostering strong relationships and driving business outcomes.
