SEND Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Speech and Language Pathologist to join their team based in schools in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tiered support for students with diverse and complex needs, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and significant feeding, swallowing, and medical challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or postgraduate certification in Speech and Language Pathology or a related field, and be certified and/or licensed as a Speech and Language Pathologist. They will also have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant full-time experience in speech and language pathology, and proven experience working with Complex SEND learners in various instructional settings.

Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities, developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans, and providing direct therapy services to students. The successful candidate will also collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create and maintain an inclusive educational environment, and provide training and support to school staff on speech and language development and interventions.
