Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to promote our electrical control systems for MEP projects. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our electrical control systems for MEP projects.
- Focus on expanding the local client base by targeting key businesses, MEP contractors, consultants, and project owners within the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients to secure new business opportunities and ensure repeat sales.
- Tailor sales proposals and presentations to suit the unique needs and preferences of the local market, considering cultural and industry-specific demands.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by negotiating contracts and closing deals, with a strong focus on regional market expansion.
Technical Consultation:
- Understand the specific requirements of the local market for electrical control systems used in MEP installations, such as HVAC, lighting, and fire safety.
- Provide expert technical guidance on regionally relevant electrical systems, including power distribution, automation, Building Management Systems (BMS), and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) programming, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Conduct on-site surveys for local projects and offer design input for MEP system integrations involving electrical controls.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical solutions are tailored to the local context and delivered with high accuracy.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Focus on building long-term relationships with local clients by offering customized technical solutions and providing post-sale support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local clients during project execution to ensure ongoing satisfaction and future business opportunities.
- Maintain an organized local client database to track sales activities, identify new opportunities, and monitor potential future projects.
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field such as Electrical Engineering or Business Administration.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in Sales Management, particularly in Electrical and ELV sales.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
