Job Description

The Digital Transformation Program Lead will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of all software components with our digital transformation program. This includes reviewing and sharing feedback on design documents prepared by our Enablement team, coordinating the handover of High-Level Design (HLD) from Enablement to Development, and managing the implementation of software components at the Scrum of Scrums level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of all software components
  • Review and share feedback on design documents
  • Coordinate the handover of HLD from Enablement to Development
  • Manage implementation of software components at the Scrum of Scrums level
  • Prioritize code development and bug fixing tasks
  • Provide consolidated estimation and Expected Delivery Date (EDD) based on agreed priority
  • Raise risks and issues in a timely manner
  • Communicate status of each task at the Scrum of Scrums level
