About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Technical Safety and Fire Prevention Engineer. As a key member of our Loss Prevention organization, you will provide technical guidance and support to our operations and facilities across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise on fire prevention and process safety engineering in facilities design and operations.
  • Review new projects to ensure compliance with company and international engineering standards.
  • Develop and implement procedures for fire prevention and process safety engineering.
  • Analyze fires and process safety incidents to identify causes and recommend improvements.
  • Develop training programs and provide training assistance on process safety and fire prevention engineering.
  • Use risk analysis techniques to identify corporate risk exposure and develop cost-effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or fire protection engineering.
  • 10 years of relevant industry experience in oil and gas, petrochemicals, or related industries with a focus on technical safety and fire prevention engineering.
  • Professional Engineering licensing/certification/registration in Fire Protection Engineering or an advanced degree is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to communicate effectively with peers and management.
