Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at W Hotels in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to guests according to our recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, tables, and storage areas.
  • Anticipate and communicate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
  • Process payments and manage cash handling duties.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Knowledge of mixology techniques and ingredients.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
