About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CCR Operator to join our team at Qatari Investors Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our cement plant from the central control room.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plant Operation and Optimization: Ensure the optimal operation of plant sections, making adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  2. Coordination with Field Personnel: Collaborate with field personnel to ensure seamless operation of the plant, addressing any issues that may arise.
  3. Process Parameter Measurement: Work with the Shift In-Charge to measure and record various process parameters, ensuring accurate data for analysis and decision-making.
  4. Record Keeping and Inspection: Maintain accurate records of process parameters and plant logs, conducting regular inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Additional Duties: Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Shift In-Charge, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. 5-8 years of experience in Chemical Science, preferably in high-technology cement plants.
  2. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  4. Strong mathematical and scientific skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  5. Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
