  • Review piping stress analysis reports and recommend design modifications as necessary to optimize piping layouts and support configurations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop piping support strategies that meet project safety, operational, and maintenance requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance on pipe support selection, including hangers, anchors, and supports, considering factors such as thermal expansion, vibrations, and equipment movements.
  • Conduct site surveys and inspections to verify piping support installations and assess field conditions affecting piping flexibility.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including stress analysis reports, support specifications, and design calculations.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines, such as structural, mechanical, and process engineers, to ensure integrated design solutions.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input to enhance piping system reliability and performance.
