About the Role

Tadweeer Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Database Developer to join our Systems Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our database systems to ensure high performance, availability, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the needs of downstream systems and end-users, and develop and support interfaces to fulfill those needs.
  • Manage the underlying data and database integrity, performance, availability, and security.
  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to load, extract, and manipulate data.
  • Design and implement efficient data models and semantic layers for Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, and Reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure database architecture aligns with business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of database design, requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to improve database performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in database development and administration.
  • Expert-level knowledge of SQL, database design, and data modeling.
  • Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS and data warehousing platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to document technical specifications and present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
