About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Operations Specialist to join our team at lxbfYeaa. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Red team engagements, developing scenarios, and maintaining engagement operational security.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engagement Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive Red team engagement strategies to test the resilience of our defenses.
  2. Technical Leadership: Proven ability to technically lead at least 10 Red team engagements, with a strong track record of success in identifying vulnerabilities and exploiting weaknesses.
  3. Initial Access and Enumeration: Skilled in enumerating and finding initial access points, utilizing advanced techniques to bypass detection and gain unauthorized access to sensitive systems.
  4. XDR Detection Bypass: Able to research and develop innovative bypasses for Extended Detection and Response (XDR) detections, staying one step ahead of emerging threats.
  5. C2 Frameworks and Tools: Proficient in using common Command and Control (C2) frameworks such as Cobalt Strike, and able to develop custom implants and tools to meet operation objectives.
  6. Tool Development: A minimum of one tool (not a script) developed by the candidate, demonstrating their ability to create bespoke solutions for complex problems.
  7. Research and Innovation: A minimum of one research technique found by the candidate, which can include bypassing logging mechanisms, discovering new enumeration methods, or uncovering misconfigurations in specific products.
  8. Knowledge Sharing: Delivered at least one training session to colleagues or peers, showcasing their expertise and commitment to knowledge sharing.
