Healthcare Support Associate

We are hiring a skilled Healthcare Support Associate to join our growing network of private clinics. In this role, you will provide direct patient care and clinical support based on department needs, prepare patients and equipment for treatments and procedures, and maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control.
About the RoleYou will have the opportunity to work in multiple departments, including dental, pediatrics, dermatology, and operating rooms. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and recording patient conditions and progress, coordinating with the medical team to ensure top-quality service, and educating patients about procedures, care, and aftercare.

- Educate patients about procedures, care, and aftercare (if applicable)
- Maintain hygiene, infection control, and sterilization standards
- Provide direct patient care and clinical support based on department needs
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license/diploma/degree (HAAD/DHA/MOH eligibility or license preferred)
- Previous experience in the relevant department (Dental, Pedia, Derma, OR) is an advantage
- Good communication skills and compassionate patient care approach
- Able to work flexible shifts and adapt to fast-paced environments
- For assistants: relevant experience or certification is preferred
