Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our team as the Assistant Director of Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote our hotel's services and amenities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing communications or public relations, with excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English. They will also be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and have excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

The Assistant Director of Marketing will work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop business and leisure travel promotions, execute media placements, and maintain current media lists. You will also be responsible for maintaining a photo/electronic library of the hotel executive committee and all other aspects of the hotel.

You will play a key role in establishing PR and communications programs that benefit and support sales and F&B strategies and initiatives. This includes assisting the director of sales and marketing in developing and producing sales support materials, such as newsletters, brochures, mailers, promotion materials, in-room information, guides, etc.

In addition, you will contribute to employee newsletter, announcements, and other printed materials published by the talent & culture department, and monitor all printed materials to ensure adherence to corporate identity standards.
