Drive Growth and Innovation

Talabat is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead our efforts in developing and executing strategies that drive growth for our strategic partners. As a key member of our commercial partnership team, you will be responsible for identifying revenue opportunities, optimizing key account performance, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across e-commerce, operations, and marketing.
  • Provide quarterly reviews to partners showcasing areas of growth and potential improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in e-commerce or retail, preferably as an account manager or in a customer-facing role.
  • Commercial knowledge in e-commerce and vendor performance.
  • Sufficient knowledge of the industry, including FMCG and brand management.
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics, curate solutions, and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
