Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test and Acceptance Lead Engineer to join our team at Raytheon. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and peer reviewing test specifications, overseeing test activities, and providing technical support to test programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Specification Development: Generate and peer review Design Verification and Qualification Test specifications, Production Test specifications, and Factory and Site Acceptance/Integration Test specifications.
  • Test Oversight: Oversee and/or perform Integration and Design Verification Test activities.
  • Technical Support: Provide lead technical support to Qualification, Factory, Customer and Site Acceptance Test programmes.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Plan, conduct and report on tests and trials.
  • Travel: Ability to travel within the UK.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a strong understanding of test and acceptance principles.
