About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Global Program Manager to join our team in Mace Group Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading large-scale projects, managing teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Job Description

  • Plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of assigned programs or projects.
  • Act as the Company representative with customers and selected suppliers during program execution.
  • Negotiate changes to scope of work with customers.
  • Assist business development in understanding customer issues and business plans to market and secure new/additional work.
  • Establish program requirements for all areas of the program and monitor draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria.

Responsibilities

  1. Mobilize Company resources through effective liaison with support departments, other offices, or subsidiaries to create project teams capable of completing effective, quality work.
  2. Work with individual lead discipline engineers to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for various elements of a project.
  3. Ensure that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans.
  4. Monitor and report to management on progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions that would affect project cost or schedule.
  5. Advise customers and Company management of any such changes.

HSE Management

Work with project managers and other team members to visibly support and comply with the One-Way program and ensure that HSE requirements are followed by all project participants.

Commercial Management

  • Ensure effective management of WorleyParsons/Customer contract, including delivery of budget gross margin.
  • Ensure effective handover from Business Development Group.
  • Ensure clear definition of scope.
  • Ensure compliance with requirements of the contract.

Time Management

  1. Manage planning of all scope elements of the project.
  2. Develop resource and financial requirements from the project plan.
  3. Manage design, procurement, and construction activities to meet project schedule.
  4. Monitor key reports and development of corrective action plans.
  5. Ensure timely and effective documentation turnover and project close-out.

Qualifications

  • P.E or Equivalent preferred.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Ability to visualize and design new concepts and ideas related to technical/functional projects.
  • Proven leadership skills in multi-cultural and possibly multi-national environments.
