About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned Project Management Specialist to join our Joint Venture & Infrastructure Project Management team at MatchaTalent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class capital projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance in project planning, execution, and control.
  • Assist in resolving project management problems related to project planning, quality, schedule, and cost.
  • Collaborate closely with project engineers and other project professionals to offer work direction and guidance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project planning, cost control, scheduling, and overall project quality.
  • Evaluate existing tools and methodologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
  • Lead internal or external problem-solving teams as directed by management.
  • Conduct training courses and provide training and mentorship to developing engineers and project management professionals.
  • Participate in the development of standards, guidelines, instructions, policies, and procedures as needed.
  • Participate in the review and evaluation of the capabilities of E&C contractors, suppliers, and project management partners.
Requirements
  • This role requires the candidate to permanently relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from a recognized and approved program (advanced degree preferred).
  • Obtain a Professional certification by AACE, PMI, or the professional engineering boards.
  • Possess fifteen (15) years of experience in the project management field.
