TARCG Aviation is seeking a highly skilled Aviation Security Officer to join our team on behalf of a client in the Middle East.
The ideal candidate will be willing to relocate and possess the necessary security clearances.
Key Responsibilities- Timely communication of security incidents to the Duty Manager and preparation of incident reports.
- Daily functionality checks of CCTV, microphones, duress, and AC systems, with maintenance of records and fault calls.
- Conducting in-depth investigations based on concerns/complaints from internal and external stakeholders, with proper tracking and reporting.
- Leading independently and serving as a bridge between the main Security Control Centre and extended Security Control Centres.
- Regular meetings with the Security System and Hardware team to discuss operational challenges, amendments, and future development regarding Access Control and Video Management Systems.
- Preparation, amendment, and revision of Business Notes, Standard Operating Procedures, Concept of Operations, and internal training packages related to ASOC Operations.
- Conducting on-job training for new staff and recurrent training for existing staff, with a proactive approach to tailored training needs.
- Obtaining approval for extracting CCTV footage and snapshots, ensuring storage and sharing according to documented processes.
- Processing asset request permits within stipulated timeframes according to documented processes.
- Conducting periodic field of view checks for priority-1/2 CCTV cameras to optimize coverage and provide accurate operational views.
- Preparing and delivering weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports on technical performance of ASOC security systems, flagging critical trends and adopting proactive measures.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with a minimum of 04 years of experience in Aviation Security.
- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification / Diploma or Equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience.
