About the Role

  • Provide expert advice to clients on the tax implications of complex transactions, including acquisitions and restructurings.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement tax strategies that drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different offices to share knowledge and expertise, enabling the delivery of high-quality cross-border services.
  • Play a key role in developing business opportunities and identifying new revenue streams.
  • Manage and develop a team of tax professionals to ensure they have the skills and support needed to excel in their roles.

About You

  • A qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, ACA, CTA, ATT, LLM, ADIT) with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar environment.
  • Broad experience in transaction tax and due diligence, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with prior experience of business development highly advantageous.
