About the Role

As an Aviation Maintenance Expert with Qatar Airways, you will be responsible for delivering aircraft maintenance activities to support flight operations. Your role will involve ensuring safe, effective, and efficient operation of aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan assigned activities in an effective manner to ensure timely completion of tasks within the framework of company procedures.
  2. Review work procedures and standards, proposing improvements where necessary to enhance work processes.
  3. Ensure delivery standards of QR products are met, with aircraft maintenance tasks accomplished in accordance with laid down policies and procedures.
  4. Provide satisfactory support to internal and external customers.
  5. Implement solutions to technical problems within your range of authority.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience in a Line Maintenance environment.
  • Good knowledge of aviation legislation and Cabin Interior Maintenance.
  • Holds a minimum of 1 full QR main fleet ICAO/QCAA license and approvals.
  • Supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (speak/read/write) in English.
