About the Role:
  • Greeting and Communication: Greet and warmly welcome all visitors and employees upon arrival, consistently maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Use excellent communication skills to answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
  • Diretion and Facilities Management: Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department with efficiency and courtesy. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable working area at all times.
  • Scheduling and Meeting Rooms: Assist in scheduling appointments and preparing meeting rooms as needed. Oversee meeting rooms to ensure they are correctly set up and maintained clean and orderly.
  • Service Staff Support and VIP Experience: Ensure service staff in meeting rooms are well-trained, well-groomed, and ready to provide excellent service during meetings. Deliver a premium reception experience for VIP guests, ensuring all arrangements are prepared and executed seamlessly.
  • Proactive Service and Team Collaboration: Anticipate and address visitor needs proactively before they are requested. Coordinate closely with the hospitality team to support events and meetings exceptionally.

We expect from you:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • A minimum of 1 year of Front Office experience.
  • Previous experience working in the Middle East Region is an advantage.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office products.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
