Job Title: OHSE Supervisor

Raffles Doha is seeking a highly skilled OHSE Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality, health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement QHSE Programs: Design, implement, and maintain QHSE programs and policies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential QHSE risks and non-conformities, and develop strategies for mitigation and improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.
  • Incident Investigation: Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and develop corrective and preventive actions to minimize future occurrences.
  • QHSE Data Analysis: Analyze QHSE data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing performance.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to employees on QHSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Regulatory Liaison: Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies, customers, and other stakeholders on QHSE matters.
