Job Summary:

The Associate Director/Manager, Public role is a dynamic position within the Public & Private Credit Fund of Funds team at a leading Middle Eastern Sovereign Wealth Fund. We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee fund investment activities, analyze credit funds, and manage relationships with external fund managers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the selection and analysis of public and private credit funds to optimize the fund's portfolio performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external fund managers, collaborating to identify new investment opportunities and enhance the fund's returns.
  • Contribute to the fund's overall investment strategy by providing insights into market trends, risk factors, and portfolio performance.
  • Prepare and present high-quality reports on portfolio performance, highlighting areas for improvement and recommending strategic adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in credit investing, fund selection, and portfolio management, preferably with a focus on fund of funds.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment techniques.
