Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at IHG Hotel & Resorts. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our rooms are always at their best, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room Preparation: Ensure rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for guests, paying attention to detail and adhering to our high standards.
  • Guest Service: Provide assistance to guests, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and control supplies and amenities, minimizing waste and ensuring that all areas of housekeeping are well-stocked.
  • Lost and Found: Reunite lost items with their owners and log any lost and found property according to established procedures.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent quality and service, communicating effectively and providing support as needed.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the success of our hotel.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, able to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Safety Awareness: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to established safety procedures and protocols.
