We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team at Al Madina Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master Data Management: Effectively manage and maintain our master data to ensure seamless workflow and email request processing.
- Support and Training: Provide expert support to users in utilizing our financial systems, including Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Purchasing & Inventory.
- Supplier Verification: Conduct thorough supplier call backs to verify bank details and prevent Business Email Compromise.
- Interface Management: Ensure daily posting of interfaces data to reflect accurate financial information in our core ERP system.
- Error Resolution: Resolve interface errors on a daily basis to maintain system integrity.
- Solution Implementation: Test and implement solutions provided by Oracle, coordinating with our IT team to ensure successful deployment.
- Application Upgrades: Support and coordinate application upgrades to ensure seamless transition.
- Period Closing: Ensure timely and accurate period closing, including coordination with our finance team.
- Staff Development: Provide training and support to staff to enhance their financial management skills.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with Oracle and our IT team to resolve issues in our ERP system.
Requirements:
