Airswift is a leading global manpower provider specializing in the energy, infrastructure, and IT sectors. We are working with a major oil and gas operator to source a Lead Planner - Construction for a long-term contract role.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and monitor contractor's schedule, schedule performance, progress measurement, and reporting.
- Develop KPIs by extracting information from contractor's reports to aid decision-making.
- Provide overall construction schedule, progress measurement, and change management expertise to the MP Onshore Project.
- Monitor construction progress, highlight delays, and provide guidance on corrective actions.
- Assist in establishing effective schedule and progress tracking tools.
- Coordinate with EPC1 Lead Planners and EPC1 Head of Planning to ensure schedule alignment.
- Regularly monitor progress, develop KPIs, and analyze schedule and progress trends.
- Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests and facilitate periodic meetings with contractors.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction, or relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Minimum 10 years of major EPC project experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Good knowledge of LNG construction and experience with Primavera P6 scheduling tools.
- Team player with excellent communication and analytical skills.
