Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.

  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to management.
  • Ensure that all project activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of construction professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Recognized degree in engineering or construction management.
  • Technical background as a discipline engineer, project engineer, field engineer, or construction manager.
  • Experience working on major construction projects, including brown-field work.
