About the Role
The Strategic Partner Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth through our partner network. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize sales and total partnership potential with our channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business opportunities with and through our partner network.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing training, support, and resources to ensure their success.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to build and execute partner development plans.
- Identify and recruit new partners to join our Trend Micro Partner Program.
- Develop and execute plans to increase awareness of Trend Micro's value proposition among partners.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and partner engagement metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the IT industry, preferably in channel sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the cybersecurity market, with a strong understanding of channel sales principles.
- Excellent business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
