Job Title: Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

At Management Solutions International (MSI), we are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Manage social media accounts and content, including shooting content, creating posts, stories, and announcements that align with our brand's values and messaging.
  2. Engage with Audiences: Develop tactics to encourage engagement and respond to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Launch and Oversee Brand Marketing Campaigns: Launch and oversee brand marketing campaigns that drive sales and awareness across digital platforms.
  4. Market Research and Analysis: Have a good grasp of our target market and develop strategies and campaigns to promote our brand, values, sales, and awareness.
  5. Social Media Calendar: Develop and manage a monthly social media calendar for the brand, including researching new ideas and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and social media fads.
  6. Reporting and Analytics: Provide the CEO with regular reports on social media monitoring and workflow, including key metrics and insights.
  7. Brand Integrity: Ensure the protection and promotion of brand values and integrity across all platforms.
  8. Messaging Consistency: Ensure consistency in messaging across channels.
  9. Creative Content: Suggest ideas for collaborations and engagement, and design and develop creative graphics & designs for the brand using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other PC/mobile-friendly apps.
  10. Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of the latest trends and social media fads in the fashion and design space.
  11. Strategic Partnerships: Advise and support the CEO on the development of creative strategies, designs, content, and presentations.
  12. Team Collaboration: Participate in branding and content creation meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  13. Sales Strategy: Brainstorm and develop strategies to drive sales across digital platforms.
  14. Content Creation: Create content, including shooting photos and videos.
  15. Workshops and Events: Plan, schedule, and promote workshops with relevant and creative ideas.
  16. Marketing Strategy: Take charge of the company's marketing strategy, supervise its progress and deliverables, and manage its website.
  17. Studio Space: Propose ideas to animate the studio space and collaborate with its coordinator and manager.
  18. Programming and Events: Be involved in programming or events for the company and its extended departments.
  19. Team Player: Be a team player and support the company's departments to enhance media presence and raise awareness of services among local and international audiences.
