OliOli Doha is a world-class children's museum that delivers exciting experiences to kids. We are looking for a skilled Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and business development, with expertise in developing and maintaining client relationships. You will work closely with our marketing team to create and implement sales strategies, collaborate with corporate partners to develop new products, and advise and coach our sales team.

A key aspect of this role is managing the sales performance of all products, meeting customer needs and trends, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. If you are a results-driven sales professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare regular reports for the Marketing and Sales Manager.
  2. Develop and deliver the Business Development Annual Plan.
  3. Collaborate with corporations and tourism agencies to develop new products.
  4. Manage the sales performance of all products.
  5. Coach the sales team on effective sales techniques.
  6. Ensure alignment between internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  1. College Degree in Sales or related discipline.
  2. At least 3 years of sales and business development experience in Qatar.
  3. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  5. Prior experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus.
