We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Real Estate team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a corporate environment and possess strong MS Office and communication skills. Key responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to the Conveyancing Fee Earners and the Real Estate Team, as well as carrying out ad hoc duties as required. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated multi-tasker with a positive approach to work under pressure. The salary offered is up to QAR 11,420 per month. We prefer candidates with an immediate start and already based in Qatar. Due to the high volume of applications, we will only respond to shortlisted candidates.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide administrative assistance to the Conveyancing Fee Earners and the Real Estate Team
* Carry out ad hoc duties as required
* Maintain accurate records and files
* Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects

**Requirements:**

* Prior experience in a corporate environment
* Strong MS Office and communication skills
* Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
