About the Role

We are looking for a Learning Experience Design Lead to lead the design and development of our learning experiences. As the lead of our learning experience design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Learning Experience Design: Design and develop engaging and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of our customers.
  2. Content Creation: Create high-quality content that is relevant, engaging, and impactful.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and regional customers to identify learning opportunities and ensure alignment with our strategic priorities.
  4. Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. 10+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
  3. Proven experience in managing global training programs in a large, multinational organization.
  4. Strong understanding of modern training methodologies, adult learning principles, and digital learning platforms.
  5. Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with diverse teams across multiple regions.
  6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  7. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
