Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Beverage Professional to join our team in Doha. As a Hospitality Beverage Professional, you will be responsible for managing the beverage program at our hotel, ensuring that it aligns with the Four Seasons brand standards and exceeds guest expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth through the beverage program.
  • Lead the beverage team in achieving targets and objectives, ensuring that they are well-trained and equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the food and beverage team to develop menus and promotions that showcase the hotel's culinary expertise.
  • Manage the inventory of beverages and supplies, ensuring that the bar area is well-stocked and organized.
  • Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in the Employee handbook.

Requirements:

  • Degree & Diploma in Hotel Management.
  • Requires reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • WSET certified will be an advantage.
