About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of designers to ensure high-quality design output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across all projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and visual direction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in art direction and design leadership.
• Strong understanding of design principles and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Fluency in Hindi or any other Indian language.
