**Key Responsibilities**

  • Analyze the performance of all Entertainment Content related investments, define resource allocations and follow KPIs accordingly.
  • Define potentials for higher ROI on Entertainment Content and create overall content strategy for each BMG platform, coordinating with MDs & responsible leads for Content.
  • Align on key assets that do not perform well on platforms and execute end of license with the Content Acquisition team.
  • Share insights generated from viewer and asset data to top management & executives of platforms, utilizing the insights for various purposes (incl. editorial of the platforms, retention & marketing).
