As a key member of our team at Precision Hire Solution, you will play a pivotal role in creating high-quality print and packaging materials. You will collaborate closely with regulatory marketing teams and other designers to ensure that all printed media meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Layout:
  • Create and develop designs for various print materials, with a focus on packaging.
  • Ensure designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet the client's specifications and objectives.

Collaborate with internal departments and team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

  • PrePress Preparation:
  • Prepare and review design files for print, ensuring accuracy and adherence to print specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot any issues with design files to prevent errors during the printing process.
  • Convert designs into print-ready formats, maintaining color consistency, resolution, and layout integrity.
  • Review proofs and samples from printers to verify quality and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications & Key Skills:

Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all printed materials are free from errors and meet quality standards.

Well-organized and able to review printing artwork to avoid printing errors.

23 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of print projects.

Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts or printing specialty, or strong self-thought skills.

Strong communication skills to understand printing requirements or amendments.
