- Risk Management Framework: Support the development and enhancement of the Risk Management Framework and facilitate the risk and control self-assessment process.
- Training and Awareness: Design and deliver ongoing training programs to enhance awareness of risk across local business operations.
- Risk Governance: Coordinate and run risk governance meetings and manage the emerging risks process.
- Incident Reporting: Manage internal risk incidents reporting process and oversee remediation activity.
- Business Change Initiatives: Support and help deliver various business change initiatives underway.
- Regional and Global Risk Initiatives: Support regional and global risk initiatives.
- Experience: 5 years' experience in the insurance industry as Risk Manager or equivalent Risk.
- Education: Bachelor's/master's degree in business administration, law, or related field.
- Qualifications: Recognized risk management professional qualification at certificate level.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent spoken and written English, and Arabic speaker preferred.
- Competencies: Confident and enthusiastic self-starter, time management and prioritization skills, flexible and practical, strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical and critical thinking, governance, risk, and control mindset, and strong attention to detail.
