Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance the Third Party Risk Framework: Develop and implement strategies to improve the framework's effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Monitor and Report Elevated Risks: Identify and report potential risks associated with third-party vendors, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
  • Ensure Action Plan Closure: Collaborate with accountable parties to ensure that risk remediation plans are completed on schedule.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance Activities: Assess business departments' compliance with mandatory requirements, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Review Outsourcing, Materiality, and Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough reviews of third-party risk assessments in our Group's Third Party Risk Management platform.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in risk management, preferably in a third-party risk management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and regulations.
