Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of cash and card payment collections from customers. You will also be responsible for adhering to our internal procedures and protocols, including IAP, SOP, and Company procedures.

Key Tasks
  • Perform daily cash computations and ensure correct reporting of excess and shortages.
  • Reconcile daily cash collections with sales reports.
  • Escalate daily shortages to duty managers and ensure timely responses.
  • Ensure all cash office activities are conducted in accordance with safety and security procedures.
  • Hand over cash to CIT company and deposit daily to our bank account.
  • Monitor staff performance and suggest necessary training needs.
  • Assign employees to specific duties and record critical incidents in a daily log book.
  • Respond to queries from head office, operations, airlines, and concessions.
  • Arrange cash small change from the bank as required by the business.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
