Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Experienced Hydrogeologist to join our team at Robert Walters. As a key member of our environmental team, you will play a critical role in evaluating the environmental impacts of water use and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough studies to assess the environmental implications of water use and infrastructure development, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Craft testing and monitoring programmes, as well as hydrogeological and hydrological models, to inform water management strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement practices in water management, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings.
  • Develop robust plans for water management systems, supporting mine feasibility studies and infrastructure layout plans.
  • Collaborate closely with our Consultant Team, Contractor Team, and Data Base Team to revise data acquisition workflows and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hydrogeology and environmental impact assessment.
  • Strong understanding of water management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
