Job Description

The Finance and Accounts Specialist will perform a variety of tasks related to financial management, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable management, and financial statement preparation. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. General Ledger Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts, including assets, liabilities, equity, revenues, and expenses.
  2. Accounts Payable and Receivable Processing: Process invoices, payments, and credits, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  3. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  4. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and provide insights to management, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting and finance department (preferably in telecom).
  • Knowledge in Oracle Financials or equivalent ERP is desirable.
