We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Engineer to join our team at lxbfYeaa.

As a key member of our contracts management team, you will be responsible for administering the tendering process during EPC CFT to ensure timely progress and respect for the 'due process'. This includes preparing and issuing communication documentation with Tenderers, organizing tender clarification meetings, updating a register and filing, etc.

You will also be responsible for ensuring consistency in various contract documentations and deliverables and ITT documents. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross departments to ensure timely CFT preparation and readiness.

Key responsibilities include managing, monitoring and controlling contractual processes for CFT, validating Tenderer compliance with Bank Guarantee requirements, Insurances and the like. You will also evaluate contractual proposals and assist in the evaluation of technical and commercial proposals where applicable.

Key Qualifications & Experience
  • A graduate degree from a recognized University in the discipline.
  • At least 8 years' experience of contracts management on onshore/offshore oil & gas projects.
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing) with sound communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of standard contracts and CFT process.
