Job Summary:

This role involves leading the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation efforts across programs and initiatives in Qatar Foundation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing best practices for organizational M&E, assessing impact, driving performance improvements, reinforcing accountability, and enhancing strategic focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and refine an organizational M&E framework that aligns with Qatar Foundation's goals and objectives.
  2. Identify opportunities for program evaluations and execute them to advance strategic thematic areas.
  3. Design and implement evaluation tools and processes using established evaluation methods and methodologies.
  4. Provide technical guidance on program evaluation design, including measurement frameworks and data analysis.
  5. Conduct analysis of evaluation findings and develop reports for dissemination and knowledge sharing.
  6. Lead the development of the QF evaluation and learning framework, including program evaluation, case studies, and thematic reviews.
