Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Culinary Team
    • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace, including plate ups, equipment movement, and dishwashing.
    • Conduct deep cleaning tasks according to established protocols.
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing
    • Clean and store pots, pans, trays, worktables, and other equipment used by chefs.
    • Sanitize and mop kitchen floors, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
  • Utensil Management
    • Separate customer dishes and utensils according to standard operating procedures.
    • Account for all utensils, dishes, decorations, and equipment used during events.
