The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the master community within set guidelines and strategies. This includes prioritizing and facilitating the resolution of maintenance requests received with respect to common-use facilities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to identify problem areas and recommend improvement plans to maximize the efficiency of site management. You will also apply and enforce rules and regulations specified by the Master Developer, prepare monthly and quarterly reports, and liaise with mega and sub-developers and local authorities for community-related matters and meetings.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Community Service, or related field, and at least 7 years of relevant experience in facility and/or property management, as well as experience in the community management function. Experience in city management organizations is an advantage, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications suite is essential.
