About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our team at Robert Walters. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to support the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to the Modelling Assistant Manager, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Financial Forecasting: Develop and deliver accurate financial forecasts to inform business strategy, ensuring timely and effective decision-making.
  • Treasury Strategic Model: Own and maintain the treasury strategic model, generating annual budgets and reforecasts to optimize debt, cash, and interest management across the Group.
  • Scenario Planning: Run, review, and communicate scenarios as part of business planning processes, addressing queries from debt investors or strategic advisors.
  • Going Concern and Viability Statement: Contribute to the semi-annual going concern and viability statement board papers, ensuring alignment with audit committee requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent financial planning and analysis skills, with a strong understanding of treasury and risk management principles. You should be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
