Key Responsibilities
- Provide Patient Care: Answer patients' questions, determine how to assist them, and record patient symptoms, medical information, and changes in condition.
- Administer Medications and Treatments: Administer medications or start intravenous fluids and note times and amounts. Provide basic patient care and treatments, such as taking temperatures/blood pressures, cleaning/dressing wounds, massaging muscles, or delivering hot/cold applications.
- Record and Maintain Patient Information: Record, store, and maintain guests' assessment and counseling information.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work with other healthcare professionals and HR staff to ensure seamless delivery of patient care and HR services.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
- License or Certification: Professional licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
