Job Description

**Job Summary:**

The Senior Cash Services Representative will be responsible for providing various cash-based services to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide cash services to customers in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Transaction Processing: Process transactions, including cash, checks, and remittance requests, in compliance with approved policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with branch customers and other related units of the Group to achieve business objectives.
  • Product Knowledge: Identify suitable opportunities to cross-sell products or services offered to customers.
  • Authorization and Reporting: Authorize transactions within delegated limits and prepare reports on cash drawer balances and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma, High School, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in teller services in QNB or a major banking institution.
  • Language: Bilingual English and Arabic (preferred).

Additional Requirements:

  • Attach a resume/CV, passport, QID (front and back), educational certificates, and birth certificate.
