Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Strategic Aerospace Services WLL. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and delivering technology projects from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project charters, risk registers, timelines, budgets, and staffing plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, develop project scope statements, and establish project communication plans.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct project performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to project team members to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in managing technology projects.
  • Certified PMP, ITIL, or TOGAF (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
