About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer Architecture to join our team, contributing to the development and support of applications. As a key member of our team, you will undertake various roles, as required by projects and project managers/business analysts. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, testing, and ensuring the quality of software systems within budget and time constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software systems to meet specified requirements.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to design technical architectures that meet business needs.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis of reported incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper documentation of software development and enhancement projects.
  • Participate in testing, training, and implementation phases of projects.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders/suppliers involved in projects and application maintenance.
  • Implement and follow IT processes and procedures in line with corporate policies and ISO standards.
  • Perform other department duties as directed by the Head of the Department.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments.
  • Assist in responding to emergencies or major operational disruptions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of job-related experience.
  • Relevant experience in aviation, ERP systems, business intelligence, and analytics applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Data literacy and analytical skills.
